Appointment on Sunday, September 10th, at Boniprati for the event dedicated to rediscovering the world of mountain farming and alpine pastures.
The traditional protagonists of the event are milk, cheeses, and of course, the animals from the surrounding mountain pastures. But the real protagonists are the children: the day reserves incredible experiences for them, from milking cows to cheese making lessons.
